Service Call – $100 for the First Hour
Our standard service call starts at $100, which covers the first hour of expert tech support. During this time, we focus on diagnosing and resolving your main technical issues efficiently. In most cases, an hour is all it takes to get things running smoothly again.
Additional Time – $40 per 35 Minutes
If your service requires more time, additional support is billed at $40 per 35-minute session. We’ll always discuss any extra time or charges with you beforehand — so you’re fully informed and in control before we continue.
Remote Support – Free First 15 Minutes
Start with a free 15-minute consultation to review your tech issue and determine the best solution. It’s the perfect way to get quick guidance before committing to a full session.
After the First 15 Minutes:
Non–Care Plan Members:
$1.50 per minute ($90/hour)
Essential Care Plan Members:
$1.35 per minute (10% off – $81/hour)
Complete Care Plan Members:
$1.275 per minute (15% off – $76.50/hour)
